Things to Do

Assuming you can drag yourself away from the pool, the hot tub, the games room, the playing field, the stunning terraces, the woodland walk and childrens’ woodland trail and the running track round the farm there’s so much to do nearby you’ll be spoiled for choice. You could quite easily spend a week in the nearby Wye Valley Gorge at Symonds Yat or in the Royal Forest of Dean and not exhaust the possibilities for fun and interest.

In The Area

The links below will guide you to the numerous activities and attractions to be found locally. If that’s not enough we’ve included links at the bottom of the list to Local Activity Portals where you can find even more detailed information. One thing’s for certain: come rain or shine you’ll never be stuck for something to do if you’re staying at High Cloud.

Rainy Day Fillers

We’ve put together what we hope is a comprehensive list of suggestions covering a wide range of activities for people of all ages, using local guides and teachers: if the forecast is rainy and you’ll be stuck indoors – send them an email or give them a call; they’d love to hear from you.
